Jan Chrzan’s paintings are part of our family collection and can be purchased through our Internet Gallery, except for those that belong to the private and museum collections.

Terms of Sale:

1. The Buyer sends an email to the Seller at this address: This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . 

The email should include:

a) catalogue number of the painting, or paintings, that he wants to purchase,

b) country for shipment of the painting.

The catalogue number is situated below, or above, the picture in the Gallery.

2. The Seller will respond quoting the purchase price of each painting and the amount due for shipping.

3. If the Buyer accepts the price, he will email Seller the following information:

a) “I accept”, and

b) Mailing address for shipment of the painting.

4. Upon receit of this email from Buyer, Seller will exclude painting from any other offers of purchase .

5. The Seller will email Buyer information regarding the wire transfer of funds. An agreement has now been established between the two parties.

a) Buyer has 7 business days to wire the funds. 

b) If the wire transfer does not take place within this time period, the agreement is void.

6. Upon receipt of the funds, Seller will notify Buyer concerning the shipping dates.

7. The paintings should be delivered to the Buyer:

a) Within 14 days upon receit of the funds by Seller if shipped in Poland

b) Within 4 weeks upon receit of the funds by Seller if shipped outside of Poland.

8. The Seller reserves the right to use the picture of the sold painting for personal, promotional or commercial purposes.

9. Return policy

a) The painting can be returned within 14 days for a full refund, less shipping costs and wire transfer cost. The painting must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

b) Upon return of the painting, Seller has 21 days to transfer reimbursement funds to Buyer.
